Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked delivery back to our studio.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original Craighill product packaging and use a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
